General description
This is a type of hybrid multilayer PCB (mixed material PCB) built
on 10 mil RO4350B and FR-4 substrates for the application of Fleet
GPS Tracking. It's standard 1.60 mm thick with 1oz copper each
layer, white silkscreen over green solder mask covering both sides.
Immersion gold is plated on pads and vias are tented. The base
material is used from Rogers Corp. and ITEQ, entire board supplying
1 up PCB. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied
Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.

The dielectric constant (DK) is low and stable, so the signal
transmission is good without delay;
The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is among the
lowest of any circuit board material, making it ideal for
temperature sensitive applications;
SI performance improvement over the stack-ups with all FR4 board;
Cost reduction over stack-ups with all low loss material;
Long storage time, it can be stored for more than 1 year in vacuum
bag;
High solderability, no stressing of circuit boards and less
contamination of PCB surface;
