General description
This is a type of high frequency PCB built on 10mil (0.254mm)
RO4350B substrate with Tg 280°C for the application of RF antenna.
It's double sided board at 0.30 mm thick, white silkscreen over
green solder mask on bottom side and immersion gold is on pad for
soldering. The base material is from Rogers Corp, entire board
supplying 1 PCBs per panel. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2
using supplied Gerber data. Each 50 panels are packed for shipment.
